ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! After 5 months of use, the pad started to crack at the seams, and not just a little. The cotton wool started to come out and the baby threatened to scratch the sharp edges that were created. So I reclaimed the pad, which has a "warranty" of 2 years, saying it would be trouble free. Not only did the claim take a respectable 18 days (yes, I understand that they have up to 30 days, but understand the discomfort with a baby without a pad), but the claim was still CLOSED! I had two mats, one on each floor of the house, for convenience. Now I'm having the same problem with the other one. So, thanks for the "garbage" that goes in the trash after a short time.
