The watch feels very high-quality. The design is appealing and the metal body looks solid, modern and stylish. The AMOLED display looks good quality and the picture is sharp and readable even in direct sunlight with brightness adjustments. The hiking functions work, with slight fluctuations here and there, but still usable. I must praise the call quality, where the microphone suppresses ambient sounds very well and the speakers are loud enough to hear everything clearly. In terms of value for money, I am satisfied.
Metal body - Durability
The brightness of the AMOLED display, even in direct sunlight.
Calls - especially the dampening of ambient sounds
Its own AI and the option to connect an AI voice module from a phone
Wide range of customisable settings
Long battery life (depending on usage level)
The strap isn't entirely comfortable in hot weather.
The watch face selection is slow to load in the app.
The QR codes in the instructions don't lead anywhere.

After my experience with the CARNEO GTR Atlas HR+ AI, my main feeling is that you no longer have to spend a huge amount of money on a well-equipped smartwatch these days. I normally use an Apple Watch, which is exactly why I had a pretty good point of comparison. The CARNEO even pleasantly surprised me in a few things. Pairing with my phone was quick. It uses the GloryFit Pro app, which is simple and clear. The watch offered an update as soon as it was first turned on. Everything installed without any problems. The Bluetooth connection was stable and I received notifications from my phone just as reliably. I rate the display very positively. The AMOLED has nice colours, high resolution and, most importantly, excellent brightness. At home in the evening, the lowest setting is perfectly sufficient. During the day outside, I use about 50% and it's usually enough. In bright sunlight, you can set it to 100% and the readability is still excellent. The display's responsiveness is quick and the whole system feels snappy. I never had to wait for a menu to open and nothing froze during testing. There's a huge number of watch faces in the app. The number looks nice, but personally, I'd prefer a smaller selection of really well-designed watch faces and a greater ability to customise them. I didn't like some of them very much, and with the good ones, I missed the option to change the individual elements and information to my liking. The size of the watch was a bit of a problem for me at first. It's bigger and heavier than a normal Apple Watch. But after a few days, I got used to it. The black version looks nice; the watch seems more masculine to me and gives the impression of being more expensive than it actually is. It's suitable for sports, everyday wear, and work. Personally, I'm not a big fan of the classic buckle on the strap. I find the solution on the Apple Watch sport band more comfortable. I also had to get used to the round display. It looks good, but for displaying text, I think a rectangular display has the advantage. Logically, less content fits on the edges of a round display. This isn't a problem with this specific watch, but rather a characteristic of this shape. I tested the GPS while walking and cycling. Always outside with a good view of the sky. The watch found the signal quickly and the recorded route on the map corresponded to where I actually went. I like the option to download an offline map. You select an area in the app and simply upload it to the watch. Then, if there's no signal or internet somewhere, you still have the map with you. However, I didn't try a custom GPX route during testing. The compass, barometer, and altimeter respond quickly and I had no problems with them during use. I originally thought the LED light was more of a gimmick, but in the end, I like it. It's a real, separate LED source, not just a white display. It shines surprisingly brightly and is genuinely useful in the dark. Bluetooth calls are one of its strongest points, in my opinion. The quality is very good on both sides. I can hear the caller clearly and the microphone picks me up so well that the other person didn't even realise I was talking into my watch. In this respect, my experience is even better than with the Apple Watch. On the other hand, the MP3 player didn't convince me as much. I tried the music with AirPods Pro 3. The connection was quick, but the sound was quite flat and muffled. It lacked both bass and higher frequencies. It's possible the result would be different with other Bluetooth headphones. But with AirPods, I wouldn't listen to music through the watch regularly. The AI assistant works and it's interesting to have something like that right on your wrist. However, the responses aren't instant and it takes a while for them to appear. For me personally, the question is how often I would actually use it. The watch is connected to the phone anyway, and I find it more convenient to work with AI on my phone. So I see it more as a bonus than a main reason to buy. The battery deserves a lot of praise. During testing, I used various functions much more intensively than on a normal day. GPS and high brightness obviously increase consumption. But in normal mode, the watch lasts several days, and with less demanding use, easily around a week. I had Always-On turned off. Compared to the daily charging of the Apple Watch, this is a huge advantage for me, especially for travelling or trips. Charging takes about an hour, maybe a little more. The only thing that bothers me is the special charging cable. If you don't have it with you, you can't charge the watch any other way. Universal wireless charging would be much more practical. The heart rate, SpO2, and stress measurements gave me good results. I compared some measurements with other sensors and the values were similar. The CARNEO needs a bit more time for some measurements than the Apple Watch, but that's not a major issue for me. Sleep tracking also worked normally. The touch controls are precise, the buttons respond well, and I didn't have any accidental touches. The watch also has 5 ATM and Gorilla Glass. I didn't test the water resistance directly, but it's nice to know that you don't have to worry so much about water during normal use. Likewise, the more durable glass on the watch is definitely a plus. To sum it all up, I found a few shortcomings, but none of them are a deal-breaker for me. I see the biggest pluses in the display, GPS, offline maps, battery life, call quality, and the overall fast system. When I add the price to that, I get a very good price/performance ratio. For me, it's a 5/5.

A surprisingly feature-packed model for the price. I was looking for a watch for everyday wear with good battery life that I could also make calls from. The build quality is solid, the metal body looks really good and the 1.43" AMOLED display is perfectly readable even in the sun. A great little feature is the built-in LED light on the side of the watch and the integrated dual GPS, which you can even load simple offline maps onto. The ChatGPT integration directly in the watch works as a nice dictaphone/assistant for quick questions. I take the health function measurements (heart rate, blood pressure, SpO2) as more of an estimate, but for a daily overview, it's more than enough.

Overall I'm happy with the watch, and I'm particularly impressed with the battery life. The compatibility between the app and the watch is a bit lacking. Some people might not like its weight and size. I sometimes have trouble putting it on my wrist. A negative is the calling feature; I could be heard, but I couldn't hear anything at all.

The watch entices with its elegant look, bright display, and a long list of features. After unboxing, the watch looks great – the dark design doesn't feel overly sporty, and the display has excellent responsiveness and is perfectly readable even in direct sunlight. Other pleasing features include reliable Bluetooth calls, accurate GPS, a battery life of around 4 days with Always-On and all functions enabled, and especially the practical LED torch, which can genuinely illuminate up to two metres at night. But unfortunately, that's where the list of positives ends. The hardware is let down by an uncomfortable silicone strap that irritates the skin and an extremely weak magnetic charging cable that constantly falls off the watch. The real suffering, however, is the software. The companion app, GloryFit Pro, is slow, lags, and mixes Czech with English. The system on the watch offers bizarre translations and suffers from bugs – during testing, the volume screen would freeze and the watch faces would change on their own every time the display was woken up, which was only resolved by a triple factory reset. The promised hiking navigation is unusable in practice. I couldn't find the GPX route import in the app (there's not even a mention of it in the Slovak-Czech manual), and the offline maps use standard Google Maps without any hiking trails or contour lines. The declared 100+ sports and the "AI" designation in the name are more of a marketing gimmick (among the sports, you'll find riding a lift, leaning, or riding an escalator).
GPS - accurate
Appearance and Display - readability, responsiveness
LED flashlight
Battery life (4 days on full use; 10 days or more with functions turned off)
stable bluetooth connection
The magnetic charging connector doesn't hold.
The app is laggy and doesn't offer anything.
Small selection of clear watch faces.
Offline maps are only a base layer from Google Maps (not suitable for roaming in forests, mountains, etc.)
You can supposedly import GPX files to the watch, but I haven't found where (there's nothing in the manual)
The strap digs in and isn't comfortable for long-term wear.
Strange translations in the watch's system

I was pleasantly surprised by the battery life and the design – it's a sort of semi-sport/semi-formal look. The strap could be better quality, though; it's quite soft, and the loops for tucking it in after fastening dug into my wrist a bit at first. With normal use, it lasts even longer than 10 days, which is brilliant. Luckily, you don't have to use the app for anything other than some visuals on your phone, etc., which is good because the app has its flaws.

The watch has a really nice appearance, long battery life on a single charge and a very practical integrated LED torch. It is a little on the large side on the wrist, and the system takes a while to get used to. You need to bear in mind that you can't install any additional apps on it and the built-in AI assistant is borderline unusable. But for everyday use and tracking, it serves its purpose well.
Nice and good-looking design
Great battery life
Integrated LED torch (flashlight) right in the watch
It's not possible to install another app/apps.
Bigger size for the hand
The AI assistant has significant limitations

The watch has a huge range of functions, precise GPS (with the option to navigate using offline maps that you upload to the phone beforehand), a large 1.43-inch display and much more. The watch looks nice on the wrist and is also comfortable to wear (a bit on the heavier side). The battery life is quite long with normal use (about a week), but it goes down with more active use. The app is a bit complicated, but it's probably just a matter of getting used to it. The price is particularly reasonable.
