My main reasons for purchasing this product were: quality sound, voice control, price-performance ratio. This product is more expensive in the world of intercoms, but it can offer perhaps the best sound quality. However, on the first drive, the sound was very poor quality, with no bass and hiss. I got home, played around with the placement so the speakers were right on my ear, and the sound was 80% better. I had to sacrifice a bit of comfort, so the speakers press slightly into my ear, but on the whole, they dampen the surrounding wind noise quite a bit. To sum it up, this intercom is of very high quality and I would definitely not change it. You just have to play with the installation for half an hour to balance the sound quality and comfort.
