Disappointing for me. The mouse itself is nice and nice for the money, but if you're looking for a vertical mouse that relieves your wrist, this is a step off.

Lousy ergonomics. It's not vertical, it's just slightly tilted, so after two days at work my arm hurts a lot more. The mouse is too short, so if I want to pad my wrists, I put my fingers over the mouse and the scroll wheel is hell to use.
