I have had the mouse for about 5 months and I am very happy with it, it is very easy and quick to get used to and very comfortable. After the first week I took an old (classic) mouse to play the game, after 2 weeks I only found out that I had been playing with this mouse the whole time and didn't know it.
All the buttons + joystick work great, pressing the joystick/wheel takes a bit of force, but I quickly got used to it and have no problem with it - you just have to know how to press it properly. I have no problem with switching modes (holding the wheel + right button at the same time) and I use it very often - it's a useful feature.
The app is nice too, simple and clear, lots of things to set up, including different profiles for different apps/people/usage etc.
I find very, very useful, for example. for video editing, where I have the most common functions (e.g. move around the timeline) on the joystick and it speeds up the work considerably.
I use it every day, from morning to night, and I certainly wouldn't want another!
The only minus for me was that the "back" and "forward" buttons are far down and I can't reach them with my thumb, but I soon got used to this and now I don't mind it at all.

The mouse feels relatively good to me, it is just right for my (slightly smaller) hand, it fits great and feels good to hold. It's a little heavier, but it's quite "sturdy". The surface is smooth, but the mouse doesn't really bite - it could be a bit rubberized though. The software is simple, easy to use and the RGB settings are easy to adjust. Unfortunately, the pros end there.
The side joystick is not analogue (technically it is 4+1 digital buttons), it is limited by design to move only along the vertical and horizontal axis (in this respect the illustrations and video embedded in the body of the product description are misleading) and it is placed quite high - it is not comfortable to reach with the thumb from the natural grip position. The surface of the joystick is also slippery on the side and so precise and fast manipulation is not possible. The joystick itself can be pressed as a separate button, but it is so spindly (it has basically no resistance on the axis in question) and the resistance of the press is so high that pressing it is impossible without moving the mouse or accidentally activating another button. The wheel is also difficult to squeeze - not the worst but not ideal either. In contrast, the main buttons (left and right) can be pressed by a fly that lands on your finger: -)

When I'm playing at 200 edpi and I want to turn a stupid 90° the mouse jams like it's hitting a wall I don't understand how they could test it so badly I'm going to return it it's a piece of crap.

The sensor is completely faulty at high speed it jams horribly so you can't play low sensitivity. Total WASTE!
