They cool perfectly just as they promise.
The adapter has an anti-discharge control.
With the lower capacity battery (42 Ah, but it's new) I find that when I turn on a lot of lights and radio etc. the adapter evaluates this as low voltage and switches off the fridge. It doesn't do that with more powerful batteries.
After each start, you must remove and reinsert the car socket.
