Great value for 6500HUF
Gets plenty bright
Good strap and ability to change vertical angle
Can be detached from the headband
Recharge is somewhat slow
Could start with dimmest brightness and then go up because I managed to "blind" myself a few times by accentually turning it on (on max brightness)

I use it for a short time, but it shines very well. I'll buy a second one on Black Friday, it's excellent for the money. I can't judge the durability yet, I've been using it for a few days
I was surprised at how light it is.

If he plans to replace the original battery with a high quality 18650 battery I have to say that they probably have different standards in PRC. The original battery is longer and is not a 18650 model.
