In the speed of heating liquids, it surpasses even an open plastic container! And in the case of no sunlight, at the moment when the sun shines on this bottle, the situation is even worse, because its double wall is transparent and the polyurethane " insulating" insert thus serves as a catcher of the sun' s heat and light and subsequently significantly heats the liquid inside!
The proclaimed absence of a plastic taste is also not true, the taste of the water from this bottle is strongly plastic even after standing and cleaning it several times.
The cap is an illogical thing that makes the bottle considerably more expensive. Apart from the mandatory one-way valve, there is also a rotary valve system that prevents drinking from the bottle. Apparently, it is supposed to be a system that prevents the drink from leaking, in the case of carrying it in a backpack. But for this to happen, you need to squeeze the bottle very hard. In addition, this is a bicycle bottle, you probably won' t have it in your backpack. And most of the time, the valve will rather annoy you, because it is unintuitive and there is no way to know at first glance whether it is open or not. Bottom line, it' s a horrible piece of crap, especially at that exorbitant price, which Alza should pull off. The name spoils her.
