The product soon stopped moving forward, while reverse still worked. The claim went well, but in the end we got the money back because the error was repeated three times and Alza accepted the claim. The second time, Alza had to pay for the repair because the manufacturer did not acknowledge the claim. But the error was repeated. From this experience, the product comes out as unreliable, the manufacturer is problematic, but Alza is a great partner.
