I wouldn't have thought anyone would even put 100% PE on the inner material, brutally uncomfortable on the skin, I've bought several but different ones, also cheap, one of them is also this poor quality and one has a downright nice interior. The Velcro on all of them is atrociously hard, I cut them all off.
