Even though our dog only weighs 4.5kg, the dimensions are literally for miniature breeds (a two-kilo dog at most). The kibble is only 5mm in diameter, so she chases it around in her little mouth for a long time before she manages to crunch it. Compared to 'mini' kibble from other manufacturers, this one is half the size. Other manufacturers have a +- 1cm lentil shape, which is ideal for a 4.5kg dog to chew. And she's still a small dog. Manufacturers should really state the dimensions and shape of the kibble. This is exhausting when you need to switch to new food and you're just blindly buying different bags from different manufacturers until you hit upon a normal size, not to mention the right flavour and ingredients.
