I bought these vitamins because of my work in a laboratory – lack of sunlight. On the back of the label, I read that they should be taken with food and with 200ml of liquid. It's not specified anywhere that these are vitamins D and K, which are ONLY soluble in fats. The description could therefore be interpreted by the uninformed as them having a cereal bar, taking the capsule with water, and getting practically nothing from it, with everything just being expelled from the body. Since when has it been okay to mislead customers like this?
