Alza declares that it sells a new, unpacked product, but the soundbar due to a few dirt was already opened and did not contain the original driver for this soundbar. In the package was a spare controller that I have for an older version of the soundbar. Complaints very slow, maybe it would be advisable to contact the CTIA!

Even though I downloaded the app, connecting the soundbar is futile. I have an XGIMI projector, and sometimes I play music through my phone. I have the BOSE app on my phone. All pres Bluetooth. Sometimes it connects automatically, sometimes not. Sometimes it says it's connected, but I have no sound (disconnect and reconnect the cable). Summary: It plays nicely (if you want to listen to music, you need a subwoofer), but the connectivity is not good. If you plug it in via cable, it might work (I haven't tested it), but via bluetooth it's futile, it's futile, it's futile.

I've always had a bass separately with the TV, so I was worried I'd run out and buy at least a 500 bass module within a week. Well so far I don't feel the need and I'm pleasantly surprised at what it handles and with what grace.
Easy installation/operation
ADAPTIQ - after calibrating the room about a third better sound, I was afraid it was just extra crap, but no, it works and it pays off.
It has jammed 3 times (in 1 week) and I had to either reset it by pulling it out of the power supply. or try connecting via BT - which always unblocks the SB and gets both Spotify and the TV signal working again. For a product of this brand and with such a price tag, it's quite disappointing. Hopefully he won't do it every day, or I'll throw him out the window one day. I still give it 5 stars. the sound when it plays is really perfect.
