If the above procedure fails, continue with the following steps, turn off the dryer and turn it off for at least 10min. disconnect it from the power supply. mains - once disconnected, press the power button and hold it for a while (5 - 10sec) to let the charged capacitors lose voltage. 4. After 10min disconnecting the dryer from the electricity. network, reconnect it and restart (turn off and on again) your wifi router, it sounds absurd but it helps 5. Uninstall and reinstall the Bosh app - also absurd, but surprisingly it helped too 6. Repeat procedure no. 2 - the dryer should connect at 80% - if not, switch to the Wifi settings in the "Other Programs" mode by pressing the "Remote Start" button repeatedly - if it says "OFF" switch to "ON" and confirm by pressing the start button (see. manual) If you do the above, there is a 99% chance that the app will connect, 1% chance of a product defect or a problem with your mobile phone/tablet (try another device) The dryer is otherwise perfect and if anyone is hesitating over the price know that it is not a waste of money, but it is a really quality product worth the investment, ideally paired with a washing machine from the same series, where the app will recommend a drying program based on the selected washing machine program.
