This is our first robot vacuum, so we don't have anything to compare it with, but if we could, we'd give it 4.5 stars. The only reason for the slight deduction is that you can't edit the map in the app after it has mapped the flat. Otherwise, we can't praise this vacuum enough; the vacuuming and mopping are better than expected and it's practically maintenance-free – it empties its own dustbin and refills its water from the docking station. If it's running low on water for mopping, it lets you know via an audio prompt and the app. A slight negative is that during mapping, it interpreted the mirror on the built-in wardrobe in the hallway as another room, but it doesn't try to go into it. The mops take a long time to dry after cleaning, which wouldn't be an issue, but it's quite noisy while doing so. It's also noisy when it draws water from the dock and empties its internal dust container, but that only takes a moment – you just need to place the station somewhere it won't be a disturbance. Overall, though, it saves a lot of time and the cleaning is great in our opinion. We often run it when we're not at home and there's never been a problem, but of course, we have to arrange the furniture accordingly. We definitely recommend this vacuum; it is more expensive, but it's certainly worth it.

This is our first personal experience with a robot vacuum and mop. The box was bigger and heavier than I expected, but all the parts are well protected for transport. Assembly, the first connection and signing into the Wi-Fi all went fine. The application's management could be a bit more user-friendly, which is probably the price you pay for trying to cover the entire Bosch Home Connect ecosystem, and in my opinion, the control app is the weakest link. The first mapping of the space didn't take too long, but I had to repeat it because it didn't include all the rooms; it just 'peeped' into some. It's a shame that it can't be subsequently modified and refined. I can divide the space into rooms, merge them and split them, but if the robot marks the outer boundaries of the space (flat, house) during the first mapping, these can't be moved or corrected. So, the space needs to be prepared properly for mapping. The cleaning – both vacuuming and mopping – works well in my opinion. I can choose whether I want it to vacuum first and then mop, or do both at once (and of course, just vacuuming or just mopping). The robot returns to the station by itself to empty the dustbin or change the mopping water. The tanks for clean and dirty water are about halfway up the docking station. The robot nicely navigates around furniture legs and helps itself with the brush and extendable mops. It's not completely noisy, only when it empties into the station, then it's a real racket. I only got it tangled in cables once because I deliberately set them as a trap, otherwise it avoids them correctly. We bought the robot during an Alza promotion and with a Bosch Cashback, which shot the price/performance ratio way up. Its job is to clean when we're not at home, but for now, it's under supervision because we're testing it. In any case, it's staying with us, we'll be charging it properly.
One robot for both vacuuming and mopping, and thanks to the base, it's self-sufficient even for a larger flat.
