We use it every day and are generally satisfied with it. It mops well – noticeably better than the Concept VR3205 vacuum cleaner we’ve had up to now. We bought the vacuum cleaner mainly because we were no longer able to connect our existing Concept vacuum cleaner to Wi-Fi on our current Android 16 and 17 phones (I suspect the cause might be the Concept app, which hasn’t been updated for almost three years). It may not be as technically advanced as some Chinese brands, but what matters to me is that it’s a European brand and that it protects my data, i.e. that at least the data isn’t being sent off to China or somewhere like that.

The navigation seems pretty good overall (it does occasionally bump into obstacles slightly, but it’s nothing too serious).

Bought on special offer for 17,500 CZK; with cashback, it should come to 14,500 CZK. At that price, it’s probably OK, but I probably wouldn’t buy it at the current/full price of around 23,500 CZK.
A more complicated first pairing (it worked, amongst other things, (until the device has been reset). I don’t know exactly where the problem lay, and I didn’t have the time or inclination to sort it out – perhaps it was the fact that the 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks had the same name (5 GHz isn’t apparently supported, so I temporarily switched it off during pairing; I switched it back on after pairing and the connection works), or perhaps the WPA3 authentication method (I switched the network straight back to WPA2).
It does not show the amount of clean water in the station (so that, if necessary, (so we can top up the water before we switch on the hoover and leave the house).
Along one wall, we have wardrobes with mirrors that reach almost to the floor, which creates a ‘new’ room when scanned. It might be a good idea to include an option in the map editor to manually remove this ‘room’ or manually adjust the wall so that it matches reality. For the time being, I’ve just marked it as a restricted area.
Available in black only; we would prefer white.
Spare parts (consumables) on Alza are available to order only, so hopefully they’ll actually be in stock. But of course that’s not a drawback of the product – it’s just something to bear in mind.
