I understand that the candles were packed in a paper box, but the boxes were partially open. I think the courier probably placed them with the candles facing downwards, which is why they’re scratched and damaged. I’ve just got one question: How is it possible that all four boxes were placed in such a way that all the candles are damaged? They are genuinely damaged; it’s not just a small dot or a minor flaw.
