Just ordinary candles. I rather think they are one of the smaller ones and I took the most expensive ones I could find here. I'm more used to tees where there is more wax and they are a few millimeters taller. They burned for a little over four hours. Photos after 45 minutes + 2,5 hours of burning. The weight of the candle fits - without the cup 11,2grams.
The candles are molded, which means the wick can't be pulled out and the candle sticks in the cup (with molded candles, you can have bits of molded wax spilling out of the cups + getting all over the place if you have them in a bag somewhere). It's holding here and it's clean.
