I have been using the A4 X7 so far and have been reluctant to try anything else for a long time. Macros can be created in a similar way to A4, albeit with minor differences. It is accurate, it lights up nicely (I have it off), the SW is functional. It's just a shame that you need to buy a dongle to be able to work on 4000Mhz wireless.
The button on the side (default sniper mode) cannot be moved or removed. When I play, I usually have a CLAW grip, but when I want to rest my hands, I sometimes press the button when I have a PALM grip. I solved it by unbindin' it.
