The first impression is contradictory. On the one hand, the quality of workmanship. On the other hand, the absence of hi-res codecs for wireless transmission. On first listen, I wasn't sure if they sounded better than both the Sennheiser HD 4.40BT and the HD 202 for a grand. After a longer comparison, I subjectively perceive that the H100s have a wide range across frequencies. Sennheiser is only singling out certain parts of the spectrum. When listening to EDM, the Sennheiser seems to be better tuned, but the H100 produces an enveloping cinema-like sound.
Quality workmanship
Wide and clear sound
Luxury ANC
Automatic switching off and on
Absence of hi-res codecs (LDAC, aptX, LC3)
The promised update has been cancelled, saying that AAC is enough
Lies on many sites about LDAC support
Hi-res via cable only
Fabric cable is audible in the shell when moving

I've been waiting a long time to hear from you.
They have no competition. The sound is TOP. Via USB-C cable HIres 96Khz integrated converter. I hear they're planning a wireless one. It doesn't matter, because if it's just normal wear and tear without a cable and it's going via BT, it's running at max. code options according to the input signal. This needs to be heard. Even regular BT is out of this world. The previous BT H95 headphones suffered from the non-ignition defect. I have them and therefore I can judge that these H100 headphones are running at maximum sound quality out of the box and plugged in. The production quality is unrivalled. Leather, glass, aluminium, titanium and fabric braid. They are modular and can be disconnected and defective parts can be replaced. I've never held and seen anything like it before. Just the price. She's gotten awfully high. But the sound totally explains it. If you're up to it, there's no other choice.
