very soft material
the squeaker is not very loud
we use it as a sleeping aid
according to the label, it is not washable, but I wash normally by hand in soapy water and the toy has not suffered any damage so far. You just need to whistle the water out of the squeaker, but it will dry up over time. The whole toy dries in a day.
