Either it is a faulty unit, or the internal circuitry is poorly designed and the power delivery lines are interfering with the data signal.

The HDMI/DP signal is disrupted by the 100W Power Delivery, as only two data lines via USB-C are dedicated to the laptop-to-dock connection, so even a standard Full HD 60Hz monitor flickers and displays horizontal lines when connected. I’ve tried several monitors, cables and laptops, but the result is always the same. I.e. Useless for me.
Everything works as it should. Following the manual, I used a 100W charger (the laptop only requires 60W) and everything is working. Wireless charging works fine, so I’m happy with it so far
