For me a very good buy, overall the headphones have made a very good impression on me, some flaws of course have, but for the average user will certainly serve very well.

No setup, etc. just pull it out of the box and plug it in in seconds.
The LED on the headphones annoys me slightly in case I don't turn them on at night and it flashes quite strongly, but nothing that can't be easily solved e.g. by reposting
Because of the type of construction any touch goes very audible, sometimes in them so weirdly flakes when moving the head, but it's not something I downright do not want them because of, and certainly clouds of headphones do it and after a long time I basically do not notice it.
People have written here that their sound is delayed, but I haven't encountered that at all, only in very specific situations is the bluetooth transmission slower than e.g. with Airpods pro, but completely indistinguishable to the average user.

possibility to connect a 3.5mm Jack cable
a slight noise is heard over bluetooth (not over cable afterwards)
sometimes it happens that there is a sound delay when connected (about half a second), but it only occurs when the headphones are connected to one device for a long time, when you turn them off and on, the delay disappears (unfortunately, the low latency mode function does not affect this)

if you love strong bass, these headphones are not for you. at least in my opinion. At high volumes, however, the bass is more pronounced and expressive. my comparison: JBL live 500BT - these are overbassed, uncomfortable for me
Lamax highcomfort ANC - beautifully alive, balanced, well made. But heavy, uncomfortable, sweating ears and falling off the head. The ANC slightly hums and muffles the bass. lacks ambient mode, otherwise ANC dampens the surroundings well for its price.
great and clear sound (I'm not an expert, but I compared with 3 others across the price range), not as vivid bass at lower volumes, but everything is beautifully clear
comfortable and well sealed
not as sweaty ears as I expected, so another plus
the metal bridge can be adjusted to make the pressure suitable for anyone
holds well on the head when well adjusted (tested when hanging laundry and light exercise)
fast multipairing
pretty good microphone (omnidirectional) for indoor calls, sounds a bit tinny but you can hear well.
the "joint" of the bridge with the headphones - there is a range for a better fit over the ears, but the joint is plastic and I'm afraid it won't last
2 times when I connected via bluetooth to my PC, the sound failed. I have to say that I have just put them away and left them overnight without unplugging or turning them off, and when I reconnected them, they would fizz or crackle. But turning it off and on solved it. disconnect and pairing was not needed. so it's more a problem of laziness of the user or the PC. on mobile and TV, fine.
