Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable (depends on the interference in the panel house).
USB port for data sharing or 4G modem.
Compact dimensions and elegant design.

Excellent quality/price ratio.
The LEDs can be switched off.
The power cable from the power supply to the router is 1.5 - so sufficient for most cases.

Bought because of OpenWRT support, no problem during flash. Compared to ISP APs, the wifi range is noticeably worse, but this may be exacerbated by external influences (obstacles, position, busy channels). Great price/performance ratio for a smaller home network.
The default asus firmware didn't look bad at all either, until I was surprised at what all can be set via the web interface. For the money, excellent HW with supported chipset
