For many years I've been used to corner desks, but it's impossible to find one that fits my exact needs. My old one was too small for me – in terms of height and the inability to raise it. I spent a long time trying to figure out what to replace it with, and in the end, this Anda Seat desk won. The assembly was absolutely fine, but the tiny little pictures on the paper slowed me down :-). It wasn't a problem to find the PDF and zoom in on the pictures, but it might be worth considering printing the manual on two sheets of paper with larger images (it's a small thing, but it would be a nice touch). The desk is delivered in a single, well-padded box. During unpacking and gradual assembly, I came across some minor issues that could theoretically be grounds for a complaint, but I didn't consider them significant enough for me or to prevent me from using the desk:
- about 2mm chipped off the edge of the top part of the desk that faces the wall,
- a broken clip on the lighting cable connector.
I assume these two defects occurred when the individual parts were being packed into the box, not from how the box was handled. The desk's height adjustment is smooth, with the option to save 3 positions for raising it to a predefined height. For me, at 184cm, being able to raise it to 118cm is absolutely ideal. The desk is also spacious enough. For me, it's a good investment – both for gaming and for work. I'm thrilled with the desk and can't understand why I was so stuck on having a corner design, which now seems unnecessarily impractical to me :-)
A high-quality and easily configurable gaming desk
The shelves are wide enough, a 16" laptop fits on them without any problems.
Lifts up to a height of 118 cm - absolutely perfect for tall people (180cm+)
Assembly can be easily managed by one person.
All the tools for assembly are included in the package, and there are even a few extra screws and bolts.
The desk lighting is a great feature for gamers :)
The package also includes a giant mat shaped to fit the desk.
