Just top of the line, but only if you can really use it, otherwise you better buy a 9800X3D, 9950X3D or for pure multi-core maybe even a basic 9950X.
I finally got a processor with V-Cache on both chipsets
Gaming performance similar to 9800X3D but with 16 cores and no asymmetric cache
For some workloads, dual V-Cache is absolutely great
Simply top-notch CPU
AMD has changed the packaging a bit, so unlike the first batch of Zen 5 and 9800X3D, the processor is actually in the middle of the window in the packaging and not a bit to the top left corner: D
It's still 2x 8 cores, so some games are slower than the 9800X3D/9850X3D
AMD V-Cache Optimizer Driver sometimes screws it up a bit for combined gaming with some multi-core application in the background, so it needs manual CPU affinity from time to time
Price - it's a top chip, but $899 + VAT for this amount of silicon is a steal
I preferred to underclock the 5.6GHz chiplet due to my experience with degradation of these high clock Zen 5 chiplets (more or less only at 24/7 full load)
The default power limit is basically unlimited, so 230W is the minimum at full load, but this can be manually optimized in the BIOS
