Compact size
The ports work for the mouse and keyboard, but when I connect my headphones via USB-C, the sound cuts out after a while and all I'm left with is static. I returned the first one, but the same thing is happening with the second one.

works as it should
could have been a little longer cable (but it has no hub) so it's not quite as disadvantageous

Finally someone thought of making this, in my opinion, nowadays essential combination of USB ports in a small hub. Finally, I made a 3D printer insert for this hub and put it as additional output ports in the back of the case. Perhaps it's a pity that Alza doesn't have more reducers for internal USB ports. Most of the time, it's provided by a supplier abroad. Maybe it would be nice to offer something more than just an internal USB 2.0 to 3.x adapter. This hub would also be fine not only with a "C" ending. But otherwise a great combination of ports. I'm buying a second one.
