Use as a car cable. It works well even on data.
Maybe if it was an inch longer. But I wanted a short one, so that's not entirely a negative.

When I plug the charger into the phone, the case prevents the plug from inserting properly. I always have to take the case off to charge the phone. The plug is too thick. Would not recommend.
You have to take the case off every time to charge it.

The cable cannot be fully plugged in when I have a protective case on my phone due to its rectangular shape, and that really bothers me about this product. I wanted to use it for my phone as well, but it doesn't plug in very well with the case on...
