If you want the monitor to be very high and you're just going to set it up once and leave it, then it's probably fine. But if you need to readjust it from time to time, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
the materials are of high quality
side tilt
I have a 31.5” monitor which fits into the weight category, but I had to tighten the mount so much that I was afraid I would break it just to stop it from constantly tilting down.
you can't just move the monitor up and down, you have to unclip a safety catch at the back, which makes the monitor SHOOT up, and then you have to force it back down while pressing the safety catch again
Even if you eventually manage to get the monitor down, it's still terribly high (I also thought that since I always have my monitor high up, it would be fine, but no, the minimum position is awfully high even for me, as someone who 3D prints stands for their monitor to get it high enough...)
Heavier than the monitor itself

positionality
very robust and stable
weight is a plus for me, it may not suit some people
simple setup
lifting a bit aggressive and it takes quite a bit of force to get it down, but once you figure it out it behaves adequately so it's not really a problem

Reasonably elegant stand for smaller screens
Tightening the tilt joint gave quite a bit of work even on a small screen, I quite wonder if it will hold up on larger ones . ?

A stand like this should be standard on every slightly more premium monitor. I don't understand why Dell still supplies their unstable, plastic-wrapped stands in silver - I guess they're trying to imitate aluminum or something... Anyway, this stand solved my problem with Dell. It is really stable and beautiful.
Very stable

heavy, solid
large choice of height, tilt.
unbeatable price
will not fit some monitors with recessed vesa mounts: ) (my case with the Samsung C27RG50), nothing that cutting the flex would not fix, or if you don't have a flex so bending for example with a hammer. This is not the fault of the stand, but of the monitor, just expect that it can happen

Practical stand for saving floor space.
Solid and elegant.
The dead run of the vertical adjustment angle is large but can be treated with a suitable insert.

If the LCD has a "recessed" VESA mount after removing the stand from the manufacturer (for me, a Philips LCD) when mounted according to the instructions, there may be a problem with fitting the stand body to its metal part for attachment to the VESA location on the monitor. In this case, the stand must be pre-assembled and screwed to the LCD as a whole. Some people might also be bothered that to change the height of the stand, you first have to flip the "lock" on the top of the stand and then flip it back down after adjusting it (I don't mind, I use one height).
So far perfect, the holder is stable
