I switched from a gaming chair and I'm very satisfied. The armrests hold in place as they should, I have no problem with the fact they can't be locked. The chair is very comfortable from the very first sit.

The chair is absolutely perfect. Fortunately, none of the negatives mentioned in other reviews have appeared for me (of course, you can get a bad piece, as with anything). I'm reviewing this as a woman, 160cm tall, of a normal weight. I have never sat in a more comfortable chair :D
Comfortable booster seat and armrests.
The lumbar support is an absolute dream.
The whole chair is brilliantly adjustable, including the seat depth.
Although you can't remove the armrests, they don't limit me even when sitting cross-legged (I slide them back as far as they'll go towards the backrest, but someone taller/heavier might have trouble getting their legs in there)
Assembly was simple and foolproof, I was adjusting it to my seating position within ten minutes.
The construction is robust, it feels high-quality.
There just aren't any :)

the lumbar support could be depth adjustable (it is quite pronounced)

A nice chair, but has some drawbacks, I'm not too satisfied.
Quite customizable
Sliding armrests cannot be fixated (forward/backward movement can be unexpected when I just want to change the position using armrests as a support)
I bit hard seat (compared to my previous chair)
Arrived dirty (spent over an hour cleaning - there was metal dust and black dirt (residual oil?) on metal parts, especially the metal base, and it didn't come off easily)

Comfortable.
Quick assembly.
The storage space above the wheels is great.
The seat cushion is lower on one side at the back where it is stitched than on the other side, so it sits slightly askew. Due to the inability to remove the piston from the already assembled chair, it was not claimed.
Improperly designed backrest locking, just when getting up, you just need to stumble on the lumbar support and the height adjustment is adjusted to places where the sun does not shine.

This is a whole different level than the original chair from ikea. This is where the quality comes through. Except the chair is heavy as a pig. sits on it like a king on a throne. really very comfortable chair even for longer sitting at the PC. I can recommend it.
