I bought another one exactly the same, but this time it arrived in bad condition. I ordered a new one, but received a used one. The top cover is missing a fastener that I found in the box, all the bags are torn, everything is scattered. Well, the most important thing is the missing attachment through the screw hole. But it would be better if there was nothing else. After three years of using the store's services, this has never happened before. I don't return anything because I have neither the time nor the inclination.

I boyght this to replace the Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 base stand which is big and cheap.
It’s not the best option but it’s not bad either.
Installation is quite straightforward, hiding cables is easy, the stand looks good.
Please note that if you have the table at the wall, it will restrict heavily you movements. The ar requires 20 cm at least distance to the wall! It holds a 5kg monitor, but barely. I twisted the tension screw at maximum but if I touch the top of the monitor it will lower its hight easily.
My monitor is 32 inch, it’s oushing this stand at its limits.
I also tried aligning with my second wall mounted monitor - it’s a nightmare. Zero precission.

Impossible to do fine adjustments. For a single monitor setup this is OK. When you have 2+ monitors and you try to align them, this will not be easy
Very wobbly - if you plan to touch the monitor controls they will wobble the monitor and it will change its position.

I had purchased it for my monitor and it was fine for few days but once when I had to clean the arm did not hold the monitor and even after fitting the neck of it making tight. Still the arm does not hold monitor. It better to purchase the one with strong back support instead of buying free arm rotating. I got replacement another arm for it but still the issue was even in the replaced product. So i do not feel good use
