I was not expecting this to be a great coffee. I bought it for the price. It turned out to be one of the better coffees I have purchased in a long time. Will purchase again. It will become my standard coffee for sure. Using a manual espresso machine, it produces a very bold but not too bitter taste with no sourness. The crema is just amazing!
