Price versus competition
Of course the speed and cooperation with Alsa
Unfortunately, my package arrived with a broken black cartridge. Alza quickly and efficiently advertised this and sent a new package. Here the cartridge was not broken but instead the cartridge nozzle does not work at all. black almost doesn't print at all. I don't have this problem with other colours.

Ordered a second time the same package. The truth is that they packed the colours wrong because only the black colour disappears and the other colours from one pack are not working
