I've been using Alterna for about two years and it completely fixed my hair damaged by the hairdresser's leak, I'm not willing to use another sampon anymore, my hair is perfectly healthy thanks to it, even though I regularly dye and blow-dry it and it's now very long, it doesn't shake or break.

It gave me amazing hair. You only need a little, so it lasts a long time. I reckon I've got this pack for about a year; -)
It doesn't foam enough for my taste.
