Every time I flew some airplanes (airbus a320 of older generations) I had a problem with painful ear flapping when landing.
Yesterday I flew this aircraft again and in combination with the nose spray I felt no pain and no earflaps or earflaps
If you have the same/similar problem as me I recommend using it in combination with nasal spray (with xilometazoline) and chewing
Put on about 45-60 min before landing and take off after the plane door is open
