The Dock has incomplete SMART support, so some disk health tools don't work at all, some complain (but at least display some information - the question is how much to trust them). At the same time, the fundamental problem is that TRIM is not supported. So this dock is completely unsuitable for running SSDs or SMR HDDs, because without TRIM these drives would start to slow down significantly and SSDs would experience a significant reduction in lifetime. The other thing that bothers me is that the 3.5" drives are tilted because there is no spring to keep them upright, and just the connector doesn't keep it completely straight. Tilt is probably a long-term death sentence for rotating discs. There is a solution - stuff the hole with something to keep the disc from bending. But it's stupid.

Total disappointment. Functional for 2.5 discs, but with a caveat. Better to plug in only one disk. When plugging two and then freezing, the PC no longer sees the disks. Uninstalling the driver and rewiring helped.
It's worse with 3.5 discs. Two disks (unfortunately with data) completely written off. It looks fine, but after a while a critical PC error occurs and a restart. From now on, not even the Lord God will help. At first the PC does not see the disks, after uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it requires formatting. Formatting this disk is then required by other PCs. While trying to save the data, EaseUS Partition Master and two other programs broke their teeth, but they can't do anything with the disk. Finally, even when I tried to format, all programs froze. I have current win10Home. I couldn't even get it to work in Linux. Both drives were Seagate BarraCuda 2Tb. The disks ran fine through the old DeLock, I just needed to plug both in at the same time. So a big thanks I paid about 1500, - and it destroyed 3000, - worth of disks, - plus all the data.
Completely useless piece of junk.
