Lousy product for the money. I bought this scrap as an upgrade to a previous device (which was reliable by the way, but was limited to LTE but ASAP the previous almost decade old modem could at least be managed from the phone through apps including controls). The previous one from TP-Link cost a litre, by the way. There is no app available here, only the touchscreen which is unresponsive, you can unlock the screen and get into the OS only on at least the fifth try, you can't even select RESTART in the OS, nothing. No app, just nothing. It also bothers me how it constantly disconnects from the power, wi-fi also sometimes stops transmitting, sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes all day. Yeah, and the internet? You can have an expensive plan all you want, but as you stream music on one device, forget about scrolling on social media on the other device. Compared to what I had before, utter misery, and the 5G support isn't even noticeable here because of the power limitation. Terrible scrap.
