I'm very happy with the chair, it has a few minor imperfections but it's the best gaming chair I've had so far. I just don't recommend eating on the chair, the crumbs can get under the seat. Otherwise, sitting in it will make you feel like the master of the castle. A few people have complained about the swivel armrests that can't be locked, but I don't have a problem with that. Just sit in that chair like you're supposed to. The chair is adapted to an average body size of 180 cm and 80 kg, so someone with larger hips/thighs may not fit in it, but fortunately I don't have such a problem.

Lack of "brakes" on the wheels (it's a minor fault but it can go backwards when using the pedals)
Good slip resistance on carpets and PVC floors, durable wheels
For smaller figures - I expected a wider seat in a chair with a higher load capacity. The description correctly states a width of 51cm, but in fact you can only sit on 37cm, the rest are hard, probably wooden ergonomically shaped sides without soft padding.
