Luckily for us, Samsung made a TV that outperforms any monitor twice the price and didn't notice, so here we have a near-perfect display for a PC. While it may seem absurdly large, it's fine to work on and I find it a better choice than the Odyssey G9 NEO ultra-wide monitors I've had before and I find it inferior in almost every way.
100% RGB and decent DCI-P3 colour coverage
144 Hz
Quality Local Dimming, so black is really black and it's subtle enough to not do halo effects. In fact, it's a better LD than the Odyssey monitors have.
Brutal brightness and contrast (the probe measured something between 600-700)
I don't notice any significant flaws in detail rendering, movement, etc.

IT'S SHINY! FINALLY A MONITOR THAT DOESN'T HAVE THE CLASSIC UGLY MATTE FINISH AND LIKE APPLE DISPLAYS IS GLOSSY WHICH NOTICEABLY IMPROVES THE IMAGE QUALITY.
Even though it is glossy, it has a decent anti-glare coating and can be worked with at the window.
Does not turn on like the monitors themselves when the signal source is active
It doesn't have a USB hub connectable to the PC because it's not a monitor
