Warning: The product itself is certainly high quality, however 3M has probably changed the product line and although the labeling is similar, these are different headphones. The supplied H510AKG is not the same type as the sold H510AK-442-GB.
As "deafies" they will definitely work, but only for a child of the appropriate age and size.
The delivered product is not the one announced in the description (also checked according to the manufacturer's website)

It fits a child of 3 and 6 years perfectly. Easy setup.
Decent damping.
The child uses both when loud music or when helping with yard work.

They're doing what they're supposed to do
Like any ambient sound cancelling headphones, these make your ears sweat.
