It may hold on a freshly painted wall but not otherwise. I cleaned the place to glue with alcohol as in the instructions, pressed for 30s...and the image fell off before I got off the rack. After that, the tapes didn't stick at all. And I deliberately took these largest ones with a load capacity of 9kg and glued them on the picture about 2kg heavy to be a sufficient "reserve". Maybe it went through too much frost during transport and the glue was spoiled, but I will not try it again.
I don't recommend it.
