It's a very pretty but very basic product offering good quality for office work. If you want to use it for streaming video and watching movies in a dark environment, get another one. The backlight bleeds extremely from the edges, which is very noticeable and distracting. It seems to apply to all 1080p displays from the HP series 5. This is definitely a basic office monitor for daytime, but the blue light filter and relatively good brightness along with class D energy efficiency make it a reasonable buy when it's on sale.
