I wanted to replace my secondary, rarely-used monitor with something cheap that really does have low power consumption, which I’ve probably managed to do, but otherwise the panel’s quality is rather poor. After spending 15 minutes in the OSD, I managed to tweak the picture just enough so that it at least partly matched all the other monitors’ factory settings. You simply can’t achieve the same contrast and colours. Navigating the OSD is a bit of a nightmare too, so I’m giving up and just getting used to it.
