Before reopening Budapest it worked like you walked in, you went to the refund section, typed in the order number etc. then you got a sticker, you put that on the product and they refunded you within a few days( for me it was less than 2hrs) Before Covid it worked similar, but you instantly got a refund from an employee there. I’d suggest ordering a new one for store pickup, and returning the other one when you’re picking up the new one. ( You can return products in the back behind the elevator on the bottom floor) Hope this helps.
