I ordered two of these Access points. They arrived, and when I installed them, I found that the one is faulty, and not broadcasting an SSID. I tried to submit a claim to have it replaced the same day as I received it, but now I see that the claim status is showing it cannot be done online. How do I get it replaced?

Before reopening Budapest it worked like you walked in, you went to the refund section, typed in the order number etc. then you got a sticker, you put that on the product and they refunded you within a few days( for me it was less than 2hrs)
Before Covid it worked similar, but you instantly got a refund from an employee there.
I’d suggest ordering a new one for store pickup, and returning the other one when you’re picking up the new one. ( You can return products in the back behind the elevator on the bottom floor)

I just spoke to one of your consultants. They provided me an address to send it to. As you can see on my order, I am very far away from Budapers, so I will return it via post. I dont want a refund, I just want it exchanged for a working one
