sárga a leggyengébb kb 1-2 kg ellenállás, utána zöld és a kék, ami közepes erősségű , végül a piros és fekete ami már nagy ellenállást nyújt.
Prevencióhoz, rehabilitációhoz a sárgát, a hobby edzéshez zöld,kék szalagot; edzettebbeknek a piros, feketét javasolom.
