A Rohnson R-91110 True Ion & Air Purifier készülékemmel az a problémám, hogy nem tudom bekapcsolni az ionizátor módot. Amikor hosszan lenyomom a “3s-Ion” gombot, az ionizátor nem aktiválódik, helyette mindig az “Inside Drying” mód kapcsol be. Már többször próbáltam, és az Inside Drying mód négyszer végigment, mielőtt újra megpróbáltam bekapcsolni az ionizátort. Próbáltam 3-10 másodpercig is nyomni a gombot, valamint újraindítani a készüléket, de a probléma továbbra is fennáll. Mit tudok tenni?

Ez a páramentesítő modell azonnal kikapcsol, amikor a víztartály megtelt, viszont áramszünet esetében nem indul el automatikusan.
