Tisztelt ALZA!
Tavaly május közepén vásároltam Önöknél egy ROHSE192 Rohnson R-5115 Multimate Aprító gépet. Nagyon meg vagyunk vele elégedve, azonban tisztítás során sikerült elkevernünk valahova a termék üvegtáljának aljába illő csavart és pöcköt, amire a tengelyfoglalat és aprítókések csatlakoztathatóak.
A termék még garanciális, ezért szeretnék érdeklődni, hogy van-e lehetőség pót alkatrészt rendelni vagy kérni. Nem szeretnék emiatt új gépet vásárolni.
