The process online:
1) Order one of the new Google Pixel 9 mobile phones.
2) Fill out the form.
3) We will review the completed form within two weeks of purchase.
4) Then we will contact you and discuss the receipt of the old device by courier service.
5) Once your old device is received, the trade-in bonus will be returned to your bank account.
The process in the store:
1) Stop by one of our stores.
2) Bring your old device.
3) The shop will credit the trade-in bonus to the total amount of your order.
Information shared in form: Name and Surname, Tel. number, ID number of the new order, IMEI for new device, Pick-up address of the old device & Name of the manufacturer of the old device
