Gigaset A690HX készüléket vásároltam, de nem tudom beüzemelni, mert nincs mivel összedugni a Telekom hálózatával. Hiányzik a báziskészülék. Az Önök oldalán a termékleírásnál egyáltalán nem szerepel, hogy ez csak egy kiegészítő készülék, nincs egy árva szó sem arról, hogy nekem ehhez még bármi mást kellene vásárolni. A Telekom szakembere sem tudta beüzemelni a telefont. Tanácsot kérek, hogy mit tegyek.
