Tisztelt Ügyfélszolgálat,
Önöknél vásárolt eta vitalbody mérlegem a régi telefonommal jól működött 1 hétig kb. Készüléket cseréltem és azóta nem tudok csatlakozni a mérleghez, a telefon ugyan látja a készüléket, de a mérleg elutasítja a csatlakozást. Próbáltam már elemkivétellel törölni a mérleg memóriáját de sikertelenül. Kérem adjanak tájékoztatást hogyan tudom resetelni a mérleget. A technikai leírásban foglaltak nem működnek.
